"Time Out for Parents"

In the autumn of 2011 we launched our first positive parenting course - 'Time Out for Parents'. This course is a great way to encourage other parents and build friendship with those who have children of a similar age. Regardless of background, upbringing, number of children, and however successful you feel as a parent, this course is open to all and would be a blessing to any parent. It has certainly blessed me. The aim is to encourage you in all areas that you already do so well and offer support in the areas in which you may feel less confident.
