"This then is how you should pray..." Matthew 6:9

 

Prayer Focus isn't a traditional prayer meeting.  Instead, it exists to achieve three core aims: 

   

(1)  to TEACH the church how to pray according to scripture.  The Bible gives is many examples of prayer, and situations that prayer plays a key role in.  We look at these to discover what God intends prayer to be and learn from them. 

 

(2) to SEE the powerful and effective outcome of prayer in our lives  as we pray the prayer offered in faith (James 5:15-16) 

 

(3) to MEET with God as we pray corporately, to know his presence as our faith rises, and to contend for the supernatural power of God at work here on earth.
